Paseo de las Artes Pedro de Mendoza in La Boca neighborhood. Sitting across Usina del Arte and sheltered by the Buenos Aires-La Plata Highway underpass is Paseo de las Artes, a private initiative of Silos Areneros Buenos Aires that succeeded in recovering and reinventing a once-derelict area.
